Finding Welsh Property

If you are looking for a property in Wales then there are various methods you can use to help you find suitable properties to look at. These include:

1. Estate agents - if you are already based in Wales then you can visit estate agents local to the area in which you want to buy to see what kinds of properties they have on their books that might suit you. You can also ask them to post or email details to you as they come in which is also useful if you do not live in the area at this point. If you live outside Wales then call up a few estate agents on the phone and ask to be put on their books.

2. The Internet - many Internet sites will be able to help you out here. Some are run by individual estate agents and some are run by an independent agency that allows multiple estate agents to advertise properties on their site. Other sites may simply list private properties for sale in Wales.

3. Local newspapers - you can also try to get hold of local newspapers for the area in which you want to buy as these often have comprehensive property sections once a week.

Do bear in mind - if you are not currently based in Wales - that it is always a good idea to make sure that you actually see a property for yourself before you make an offer to make sure that you are getting a good deal.
